All orders are shipped from our physical store in Limassol, Cyprus, meaning that it is your responsibility to pay any applicable import duties and charges on delivery. We will send you your pieces from our online shop to the shipping address you’ve provided us with at the checkout. For security reasons, we make sure the right person gets their goods; all orders must be signed for upon delivery.

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any shipping, taxes, duties, charges. Items must be returned in an unworn and saleable condition with original tags and shoe box for shoes. Please contact 138storecy@gmail.com  to obtain your returns authorisation quoting your order number. We do not accept returns for any underwear, swimwear or "sale" items. The cost of shipping returns goods is the customers responsibility and we regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.

Prices quoted are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be taxed when the package reaches your destination country. Paying any customs duty, import taxes and duty charges are your responsibility, and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges. Once you have paid any charges, your online shop order will be delivered to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be.

Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
